They opened at 4:30AM (and loudly advertised it in their windows) on race day, which was very helpful. The coffee was great, and the customer service was better.
But the cinnamon rolls. Oh, gosh. The fresh cinnamon rolls. They come in on a tray and when they're gone, they're gone. And they will be, quickly. Stop what you're doing! Go get a cinnamon roll! -

I ordered a maple vanilla latte with almond milk. It was okay. I also got a biscotti, which was also okay. I don't think you can really judge a coffee shop based on one experience, hence the rating.
Manager/owner, please consider moving the menu boards behind the counter. When I asked the barista where the menu was, she pointed to the front corner of the room where a sign sat next to the display window. I never would have thought to look there.
There was another generic sign on the other side of the room. I ended up stepping out of line to walk across the room and look. That, coupled with a somewhat unpleasant barista, made for an awkward experience. -

Great cup of black coffee in a cute space with free wifi and friendly staff. Please support this locally owned place vs *your other choice*. When I walked by I didn't think it was open because they don't have bright signage but it is open. The owner was also selling apples and plums from his orchard which I thought was cool. The use Pure Placid products in the restroom, which smell beautiful. It's the little things lol.

This purveyor of coffee definitely knew what he was doing. The layout of the shop was very basic and modest, nothing flashy about the place.
HOWEVER, the espresso had the most robust and delicious flavor I've tasted since my trip to Italy last year. They offered a homemade chai that was delectable and he offered cheerful and informative conversation.
Out of all the coffee shops, I'd give this one a try
